Use the scrunchie as you would any other hair band. Making sure not to secure to tightly in order not to create to much tension on the hair.
Style as you would normally from classic pony tails to messy bun.
It is always good practice to wash your scrunchies every month to ensure they are clean and free of product build up.
When you’re making the transition to natural haircare products from conventional haircare, essentially, you're asking your hair to go through a detox process. If you’ve ever tried a detox yourself, whether it was to fit back into your favourite dress or simply to feel better after a period of binging (we’ve all been there!), you’ll know they aren’t always the most pleasant of processes. It’s certainly nothing to fear though, with knowledge of what to expect and a few handy tips, you’ll be on your way to natural hair heaven in no time.

Really cute and doesn’t pull on your hair

Wanted a silk scrunchie to sleep in. This is perfect size for long thick hair. Strong enough to keep it up but doesn't pull, so good for sleeping.

So disappointed in this. It's just a standard satin scrunchie, I have ones that were a LOT cheaper that feel better and are better for my denser hair. I was expecting at least a nice feel but it feels harsh and like a waste of money. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
Hi Taffy,
We're really sorry to hear that our scrunchie didn’t hit the mark for you. At Noughty, we take every bit of feedback seriously — especially when it comes from our community.
While our scrunchies are designed to pair perfectly with our haircare by being gentle, reusable, and made using eco-conscious materials, we understand that everyone’s hair needs and preferences are different.
If you’re looking for an alternative, our Zero Waste Scrunchies are handmade from recycled fabric and have been a hit with thicker, denser hair types so they might be worth a try!
We’re continuously striving to do better for people, planet and paws, and your insight helps us do exactly that. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts, we’re listening.
Many thanks,
Team Noughty :purple_heart:
